Qualifications

• Proven experience in catering operations management or hospitality with remote oversight preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and QC measures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation.
• Proficient with management software and CRM systems; remote collaboration ability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee remote catering sites to meet SLAs and maintain service quality.
• Monitor performance data and identify efficiency and cost improvements.
• Develop SOPs for food safety, quality control, and customer service.
• Coordinate with supply chain partners for timely procurement.
• Serve as main remote contact for clients and address issues promptly.
• Utilize platforms to track inventory and staff schedules remotely.
