Placements24 is seeking a Remote Catering Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of resources and information for catering operations. You will coordinate deliveries, manage inventory documentation, liaise with suppliers, and ensure events run smoothly from behind the scenes.

This fully remote role emphasizes planning, organization, and proactive communication to support culinary and event teams in delivering flawless experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach.
• Experience with inventory management software and remote collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with catering or food service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and tracking of all catering deliveries for timely arrival.
• Maintain and update inventory records, track stock levels and replenish as needed.
• Liaise with third-party vendors to confirm orders, delivery times, and service agreements.
• Develop efficient logistical plans for various catering events based on location and client needs.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistical challenges.
• Ensure all logistics, inventory, and delivery documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
