Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries of food, beverages, and equipment to event sites.
• Manage inventory of catering supplies, equipment, and linens, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Liaise with suppliers, venues, and the internal culinary team to confirm all logistical details.
• Develop and maintain detailed event logistics plans and schedules.
• Track shipments and deliveries, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and associated costs.
