Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Catering Logistics Coordinator to manage catering operations from a distance, coordinating with suppliers and event managers to ensure timely deliveries and seamless service.

This role requires exceptional planning, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setup while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous scheduling.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a virtual environment.
• Proficiency with logistics software, inventory management, and collaboration tools.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with Nelspruit region's logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries to event sites.
