About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and efficient Remote Catering Logistics Specialist to manage the intricate supply chain and delivery operations for their diverse catering events. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for coordinating the procurement, transportation, and timely delivery of all necessary catering supplies, equipment, and prepared food items. You will leverage advanced logistics software and communication platforms to ensure seamless coordination between kitchens, venues, and delivery partners. This position is critical for maintaining operational excellence and client satisfaction, requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail in a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end logistics for all catering events, from sourcing to final delivery, operating remotely.
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen managers to schedule food preparation and ensure timely readiness for transport.
• Arrange and manage transportation for food, equipment, and staff, selecting reliable vendors and optimizing routes.
