Qualifications

• Proven experience as Catering Planner or Event Planner with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities for remote work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual client engagement.
• Proficiency in event planning software and digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Asana, Google Workspace).
• Creative flair and passion for food, wine, and guest experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand event vision, budget, and dietary requirements.
• Develop customized menus in collaboration with chefs and suppliers.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects including delivery, setup, and staffing.
• Manage relationships with venues, florists, and rental companies for seamless integration.
