Qualifications

• Proven experience in Catering Coordination or Event Planning, preferably client-facing.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events remotely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationships.
• Proficiency with event management tools, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing event needs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, translating needs into catering plans.
• Coordinate with culinary teams to finalize menus and dietary requirements.
• Manage event schedules, timing, and delivery logistics for punctual execution.
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm orders, deliveries and quality.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and final invoices to clients.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
