Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Catering Logistics Coordinator to manage planning and execution of catering operations from a distance. You will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure flawless event delivery and efficient logistics.

This role requires exceptional communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a virtual team environment, while maintaining schedules, inventory, and transportation for diverse events.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, event planning, or catering coordination, preferably remotely.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; proficient in virtual tools.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and client communication software.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems remotely.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all logistics for catering events, including menu planning support, vendor selection, and delivery scheduling.
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure stock for upcoming events.
• Communicate with clients to confirm details and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate with on-site catering teams to ensure smooth remote execution.
• Maintain records of event details, client communications, and costs.
