Gazer is seeking a Call Center Representative to support market development in South Africa, gathering client feedback from automotive partners and industry representatives.

You will follow a structured script, log outcomes in Google Sheets and CRM, and maintain a current contact database while working remotely on a part-time hourly basis. This role offers exposure to the automotive and tech sectors within a global team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in call center, telemarketing, or sales roles.
• Native / Fluent English
• Ability to follow scripts while adapting to real conversations.
• Attention to detail and discipline in reporting.
• Self-organized and comfortable working remotely.
• Stable internet connection, computer, and ability to work via online tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct calls to automotive business partners across South Africa to gather product feedback.
• Follow a structured call script to communicate with dealerships and industry representatives.
• Accurately track call outcomes, statuses, and insights in Google Sheets / CRM.
• Maintain a structured and up-to-date database of contacts.
• Ensure full transparency of activity through the company's telephony system.
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements to call scripts based on conversations.
• Regularly report on call progress, activity levels, and results.
