Morgan Motor Group is seeking a remote Automotive Sales Consultant to join its dynamic virtual sales team, serving clients in the Richards Bay region and beyond. You will guide customers online through the purchasing process, generate leads, conduct virtual demonstrations, negotiate deals, and ensure a seamless experience from your home office.

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales, preferably automotive or high-value sales.|
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient with CRM software and video conferencing platforms.
Self-motivated to work remotely and hit targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Passion for automobiles and understanding of vehicle features.

Responsabilités

Generate and follow up on sales leads through digital channels.
Conduct virtual consultations and product presentations via video conferencing.
Build relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Negotiate vehicle prices and financing options to close sales.
Process sales orders accurately and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team.
Maintain detailed customer records and sales activity in the CRM system.
