You will diagnose issues via phone, email, and video, providing expert guidance and solutions to workshops and vehicle owners to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction.

You will maintain records in the CRM, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and stay updated on new vehicle technologies and diagnostic procedures.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in hands-on automotive repair or technical support.
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and engine management.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and remote access software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; reliable home office with internet.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot methodically.

Responsabilités

• Deliver remote technical support to clients diagnosing problems via questioning and analysis.
• Utilize remote diagnostic tools to interpret vehicle data and provide repair recommendations.
• Maintain records of support interactions and customer feedback in the CRM system.
