Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in automotive customization or a closely related automotive environment is mandatory.
• Experience with Paint Protection Film (PPF), window tint, ceramic coating, vehicle wrapping, automotive detailing, paint correction, and related aftermarket products is highly desirable.
• Automotive installers transitioning to sales are encouraged; general sales candidates without genuine automotive experience will not be considered.

Aufgaben

• Initially operate as a hands-on salesperson, handling inbound leads and closing customers for automotive services.
• Over time, transition to a player-coach leadership role, training and mentoring SDRs and establishing sales processes.
• Maintain CRM records, manage high lead volumes, and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Close today and lead tomorrow by building credibility and product knowledge.
