• Experience with CRM systems and advanced search techniques.
• Bachelor’s in Business/Finance; MBA preferred.
• Autonomous work in a remote environment.
• Experience in Centurion or SA financial market advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive executive search assignments for C-suite and senior leadership roles in finance.
• Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates globally.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key executives and industry influencers.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and rigorous assessments to evaluate leadership competencies.
• Provide strategic market intelligence and talent acquisition advice to clients.
• Manage the entire executive search process with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Present shortlisted candidates with thorough profiles and insights.
• Facilitate complex negotiations for executive appointments.
• Represent the client with excellence and integrity in all interactions.
• Contribute to the expansion of the client’s executive search practice.
