Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in executive search, with focus on financial services.
• Proven track record of placing CEOs, CFOs, and board members.
• Extensive SA network, ideally international.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• MBA or Master's degree desirable.
• Discretion and professional ethics.
• Willingness to travel within Gauteng and beyond.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage executive search mandates for C-suite and board roles.
• Develop and execute targeted strategies to engage passive and active candidates.
• Perform market mapping and competitive analysis.
• Build and maintain client relationships and provide market insight.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments including interviews.
• Oversee the end-to-end search process and successful placements.
• Support business development by identifying new client opportunities.
• Mentor junior consultants and represent the firm professionally at events.
