Placements24 is seeking a Remote Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead its finance practice, steering senior finance mandates from CFOs to Controllers in a fully remote, globally connected environment that reaches clients well beyond Sandton.

You will build strategic partnerships with premier financial institutions, mentor and coach a remote team of specialists, drive revenue growth through new business, and provide market insights on compensation trends and talent mobility.

• 10+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record in executive finance recruitment.
