Placements24 is seeking a Senior Business Process Re-engineering Consultant to join our George-based team. You will lead BPR engagements, analyze current processes, and design future-state solutions to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in process mapping tools, and proven ability to drive substantial operational change across client organizations. Travel to client sites in the George area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations or related field is required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or operational consulting.
• Expertise in BPR methodologies, process mapping tools, and performance measurement.
• Ability to lead complex redesigns and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements focused on business process re-engineering (BPR) and optimization.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, value streams, and workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and non-value-added activities.
• Design future-state processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop implementation plans including technology and change management.
• Manage project teams and ensure adoption of new processes.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and build consensus.
• Measure impact of BPR initiatives and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to embed new process capabilities and sustain improvements.
