You will analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, design future-state workflows, and drive change management with stakeholders across functions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or operational consulting.
• Proven track record leading and delivering complex BPR projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed assessments of current business processes across various functional areas.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for improvement in existing workflows.
• Design future-state processes that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement robust change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Utilize process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) to document and visualize workflows.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and build consensus on process changes.
• Quantify the benefits of process improvements, including cost savings and efficiency gains.
