Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process re-engineering, operations management, or consulting.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed process mapping and analysis of current state operations.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization.
• Design future state processes that improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop implementation plans and manage the rollout of new processes.
• Establish KPIs to measure the success of process improvements.
• Train client teams on new processes and best practices.
