Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Management Consultant specialized in Business Process Improvement for a fully remote role. You will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design actionable improvements across functions, driving measurable results for clients worldwide.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree and 5+ years in management consulting, with expertise in BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, change management, and ERP awareness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in management consulting with BPM/operational efficiency focus.
• Proven track record delivering measurable process improvements.
• Familiar with BPMN and change management principles; ERP awareness a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct analyses of current processes to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.
• Map processes using standard notation and design future-state workflows.
• Develop and implement detailed action plans for process improvement initiatives.
• Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure buy-in.
• Measure performance against KPIs to ensure sustained improvement.
• Facilitate change management for new processes across the organization.
• Develop business cases and reports communicating value and impact.
