Placements24 is seeking a skilled Business Process Improvement Consultant to join their fully remote team, supporting clients across South Africa from a virtual hub near Klerksdorp. The role focuses on streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and reducing costs through strategic process analysis and re‑engineering.

You will collaborate remotely to design optimized workflows, document SOPs, and present data‑driven recommendations for automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis or continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with process mapping software and project management tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage client relationships remotely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote assessments of existing processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Design and document optimized workflows, SOPs, and best practices.
• Utilize process modeling tools to visualize current and future state processes.
• Develop data-driven recommendations for automation and re-engineering.
• Support clients in implementing improvements and monitoring adoption.
