You will identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and guide clients through implementation of BPI initiatives, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma. This role offers remote flexibility and opportunities to work on diverse projects across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process improvement or related analytical role.
• Proven ability to analyze complex processes and develop practical solutions.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools Visio and Lucidchart and BPI methodologies Lean Six Sigma.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management capabilities and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing business processes across functions and industries.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and document optimized processes using best practices and tech solutions.
• Develop implementation plans with resources and timelines.
• Facilitate remote workshops and training on new processes and BPI methods.
