Our client, a globally recognized management consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant specializing in Business Process Re-engineering to join their fully remote team supporting clients across South Africa , including Pretoria, Gauteng . This role is designed for an expert who can guide organizations through fundamental redesigns of their core business processes to achieve dramatic improvements in efficiency, quality, cost, and service. You will work remotely with diverse clients, leveraging cutting-edge methodologies and digital tools to deliver transformative solutions. Key Responsibilities

Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business process re-engineering (BPR) initiatives for clients. Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for significant improvement in client operations. Develop detailed process maps, models, and future-state designs. Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and drive consensus on redesigned processes. Create robust business cases and implementation plans for BPR projects. Manage project execution, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and high-quality deliverables in a remote setting. Collaborate effectively with clients and internal remote teams using virtual collaboration tools. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering best practices in process redesign. Contribute to the development of proprietary tools and methodologies for BPR.

Requirements

Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline. A minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on business process re-engineering and optimization. Demonstrated experience leading successful BPR projects, resulting in measurable business improvements. Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Aris, BPMN) and project management software. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are essential for a remote role. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high productivity in a remote work environment. Prior experience with remote work setups and virtual team collaboration is highly desirable. Strong understanding of change management principles.
