Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an expert Architectural BIM Specialist to drive BIM standards, BEPs, and model management for Richards Bay projects. The role focuses on improving design efficiency, collaboration, and project outcomes through advanced BIM workflows.

You will develop BIM standards, train staff, coordinate multi-disciplinary models, and ensure BIM is integrated across the project lifecycle. This fully remote position offers global project exposure and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
Proven experience as BIM Specialist or similar BIM-focused role.
Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks with strong BIM principles.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for architectural projects.
Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models to ensure data integrity and clash detection.
Provide training and technical support to architects, designers, and technologists on BIM software and best practices.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective utilization of BIM for design, documentation, and construction analysis.
Stay abreast of the latest BIM advancements and advocate for their adoption.
