Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect to lead BIM adoption across projects. The role is remote with an optional base in Paarl, Western Cape, offering significant impact on design and construction workflows.

You will develop BIM standards, manage models from concept to construction docs, and train teams on BIM processes while collaborating with consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture with BIM training.
• 5+ years focused on BIM implementation and management.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks; BIM workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement firm-wide BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Create and manage complex BIM models for architectural projects from concept to construction documentation.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and workflows.
• Collaborate with consultants and contractors to integrate their models into the central project model.
• Conduct model audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Stay updated on BIM technology and advocate its adoption.
