Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven experience as BIM Specialist or similar BIM-focused role.
• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks with strong BIM principles.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an expert Architectural BIM Specialist to drive the implementation and optimization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for projects based in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal . This role is pivotal in enhancing design efficiency, collaboration, and project outcomes through advanced BIM technologies. You will be responsible for developing BIM standards, training staff, managing BIM models, and ensuring the successful integration of BIM throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires a deep technical understanding of BIM software and workflows, combined with excellent communication and training skills to champion BIM adoption across the organization, making it an ideal role for remote experts passionate about digital construction.
