Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote BIM Coordinator to lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling processes across construction projects, supporting a remote work environment. You will establish BIM standards, coordinate model development, and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role.
Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Deep understanding of BIM principles and workflows.
Excellent coordination and communication skills for remote work.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
Coordinate creation, integration, and QA of BIM models.
Facilitate cross-team collaboration using BIM tools.
Conduct clash detection and resolve interferences.
Provide training and support on BIM software.
Manage the BIM execution plan throughout the project lifecycle.
