Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of BIM coordination/management experience in an architectural context.
• Expertise in Revit and Navisworks; knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project BIM protocols.
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines and perform clash detection.
• Provide training and support on BIM software and best practices.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and resolve model-related issues.
• Maintain BIM libraries and standards for consistency and quality.
