Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM coordination or management.
• Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, processes, and their application in construction.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, adapted for remote work.
• Experience with clash detection and model aggregation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for projects.
• Manage and coordinate BIM models from all project disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Conduct clash detection and resolution processes to identify and address design conflicts.
• Generate reports on model quality, progress, and compliance with BIM requirements.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and best practices to project teams.
• Collaborate remotely with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure effective BIM integration.
• Assist in the creation of BIM execution plans and ensure their adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
