Placements24 seeks a highly skilled Architectural BIM Coordinator for a fully remote role. You will manage BIM processes across international projects, maintain model integrity, and ensure data accuracy while collaborating with global design teams from home.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a related field and has at least five years of BIM coordination experience, with advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri. Strong remote communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of BIM coordination and management experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software (Navisworks, Solibri).
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, ISO 19650 standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration, especially in remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards and protocols for all projects.
• Coordinate architectural models within BIM environment, ensuring data accuracy.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts with design/engineering teams.
• Provide BIM training and support to project teams as needed.
• Generate reports and documentation from BIM models for project decisions.
