Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proficient Remote BIM Coordinator to manage and develop Building Information Modeling processes for construction projects. You will implement BIM standards, coordinate models across disciplines, and ensure data accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires deep BIM software knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively with remote design and construction teams, including clash detection and improving overall project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination experience.
• Proficiency with BIM software and workflows for remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage BIM standards and protocols for projects.
• Coordinate and integrate models from various disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection analysis and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure BIM data accuracy across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans (BEPs).
