The ideal candidate brings proven BIM coordination or management experience, strong software proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, and a track record of collaborating effectively with dispersed teams on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager in the AEC industry.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and related tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective remote teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans and standards for projects.
• Coordinate the creation and management of BIM models from consultants and contractors.
• Conduct clash detection analysis and facilitate resolution of coordination issues.
• Ensure adherence to BIM protocols, workflows, and content standards.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes.
• Manage the BIM model database and ensure timely delivery of information.
