Placements24 is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join their fully remote team. The role focuses on developing BIM standards, coordinating multi-disciplinary models, and ensuring data integrity across architectural projects.

You will support project teams with BIM workflows, conduct model audits, and train staff on Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri. This is a rigorous, collaborative remote position that rewards proactive problem solving and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and other BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, Solibri).
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and remote collaboration skills.
• Experience in developing BIM standards and templates is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce BIM execution plans and project-specific BIM standards.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models to resolve clashes and ensure data consistency.
• Manage the BIM content library and ensure its effective utilization.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
