Placements24 is seeking a proficient Remote BIM Coordinator to manage and develop Building Information Modeling processes for construction projects. You will implement BIM standards, coordinate models across disciplines, and ensure data accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires deep BIM software knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively with remote design and construction teams, including clash detection and improving overall project efficiency.

Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proficient Remote BIM Coordinator to manage and develop Building Information Modeling processes for their construction projects, working from any location. You will be responsible for implementing BIM standards, coordinating models, and ensuring data accuracy across all project disciplines. This role requires a deep understanding of BIM software, workflows, and best practices, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote design and construction teams. You will play a key role in enhancing project coordination, clash detection, and overall project efficiency through advanced BIM implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage BIM standards and protocols for projects.
• Coordinate and integrate models from various disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Conduct clash detection analysis and work with teams to resolve conflicts.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
