Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator for a fully remote role in the construction technology sector. You will develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models across the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and clash-free designs for global teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BIM coordination, proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC, and excellent communication for remote collaboration. Strong problem-solving and a proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination and management experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Navisworks Manage.
• Strong clash detection, model auditing, and coordination workflows.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Solibri, BIM 360/ACC.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.
• Construction industry experience essential.

Responsibilities
