Placements24 is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler for a fully remote role with a forward‑thinking construction technology firm. You will develop and manage BIM models using Revit and Navisworks, coordinate across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines, and perform clash detection to minimize design conflicts on national projects.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models from architectural and structural designs.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate various discipline models (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and rectify design conflicts.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models as required.
• Ensure models comply with BIM standards, project requirements, and industry best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans.
• Manage model file exchanges and coordinate with external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM software advancements and technologies.
• Support project teams with BIM-related queries and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows and processes.
