Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager.
• Expertise in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with a strong understanding of other BIM-related software.
• Solid knowledge of BIM execution plans and international BIM standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for all projects.
• Create and manage BIM project templates and libraries of families and components.
• Coordinate and aggregate models from various disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Conduct regular model quality checks and clash detection analyses.
• Provide training and technical support to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
