Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Architectural BIM Manager to drive the company's digital transformation from a home office. This fully remote role focuses on BIM strategies, execution plans, and integrated workflows across projects.

You will lead a BIM team, set standards, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure high-quality deliverables using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. A master's degree and 10+ years of BIM leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture/Engineering/CM required.
• 10+ years of BIM management experience.
• Proven track record on large-scale BIM projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategy and execution plans.
• Lead BIM team with mentorship and oversight.
• Establish BIM standards, workflows, and QA procedures.
• Manage BIM project setups, coordination and clash detection.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet requirements.
