About the Role

Our client is looking for a proficient BIM Coordinator with a strong background in architecture to join their innovative, remote-first team. Based anywhere within reach, you will play a critical role in establishing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for architectural projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and data integrity across all disciplines. This position requires a deep understanding of BIM software, standards, and workflows, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to support project teams effectively. You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of advanced digital construction technologies, contributing to efficient project delivery and high-quality design outcomes on a national scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project-specific BIM protocols.
• Manage and coordinate BIM models from multiple disciplines, ensuring accuracy and clash detection.
• Provide technical support and training to architectural and design teams on BIM software and best practices.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and resolve model-related issues.
• Maintain BIM libraries and standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or management within an architectural context.
