Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a skilled BIM Architect/Modeler to work remotely on nationwide projects. You will develop and maintain BIM models, perform clash detection, and produce documentation directly from BIM environments.
The role requires a Architecture degree and at least 4 years of BIM experience, with expert Revit skills and familiarity with Navisworks. You will collaborate with teams remotely to ensure model integrity and compliant deliverables.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a BIM Specialist, BIM Modeler, or BIM Architect.
- Expert proficiency in Revit is mandatory; Navisworks and other BIM tools desirable.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for architectural projects.
- Collaborate with design teams and consultants for model integrity.
- Perform clash detection and resolve BIM conflicts before construction.
- Generate construction docs, visualizations, and reports from BIM models.
- Help develop and implement BIM execution plans and standards.
- Provide technical support and training on BIM workflows to project teams.
