Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Architectural BIM Specialist to develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects. You will coordinate with distributed teams, leveraging cloud-based platforms to ensure accurate data exchange and project delivery.

The role requires expert proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, strong knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650), and a proactive, self-motivated approach to remote collaboration across different time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as BIM Specialist/Manager in architectural or construction settings.
• Strong proficiency in BIM software including Revit and Navisworks.
• Solid understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and data management principles.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain BIM models for architectural projects.
• Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams using cloud-based BIM platforms.
• Generate reports, visualizations, and data extracts from BIM models.
