Job summary

Placements24 seeks a visionary Lead BIM Architect to drive the adoption and integration of Building Information Modeling across architectural projects in a remote-first setting.

You will lead BIM strategy, develop standards, mentor teams, and ensure BIM is embedded from concept through facility management, partnering with project teams to deliver data-rich designs on complex programmes.

Qualifications

• Professional architect qualification with experience leading BIM adoption.
• Experience implementing BIM on large architectural projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, suitable for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows for architectural projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of BIM coordinators and technicians; promote technical excellence.
• Oversee BIM model creation and management, ensuring data integrity and adherence to requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and consultants to define BIM execution plans and facilitate communication.
