Job summary

Placements24, a Paarl-based specialist recruitment consultancy, seeks a Recruitment Specialist focused on the Beverage Industry. This fully remote role targets wineries, breweries, distilleries, and beverage manufacturers, handling sourcing and placement across production, sales, marketing and leadership.

You will build a strong network, screen candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with salary benchmarking and client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in beverage, FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong sourcing, networking and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with remote work and time management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent for beverage roles (winemakers, brewers, sales, marketing, ops).
• Develop and implement targeted beverage recruitment strategies.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews assessing skills and fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and client communication.
• Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking for beverage roles.
