Placements24, a Paarl-based specialist recruitment consultancy, seeks a Recruitment Specialist focused on the Beverage Industry. This fully remote role targets wineries, breweries, distilleries, and beverage manufacturers, handling sourcing and placement across production, sales, marketing and leadership.

You will build a strong network, screen candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with salary benchmarking and client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in beverage, FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong sourcing, networking and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

About the Role

Our client, a specialized recruitment consultancy based in the scenic Paarl, Western Cape, is actively seeking a dynamic and well-connected Recruitment Specialist focused on the Beverage Industry. This is a fully remote position, perfect for an experienced recruiter who understands the unique talent needs of wineries, breweries, distilleries, and beverage manufacturers. You will be responsible for sourcing and placing key personnel, from production and operations to sales, marketing, and executive leadership. This role requires a proactive approach, strong networking skills, and the ability to work independently. As a remote-first role, you'll have the flexibility to manage your workload from anywhere in South Africa, contributing to the success of our client's niche recruitment services. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent for various roles within the beverage sector, including winemakers, brewers, sales managers, marketing specialists, and operations directors.
• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies for the beverage industry.
• Build and maintain a robust network of professionals within wineries, breweries, and beverage companies.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screening and interviews, assessing both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, ensuring timely and successful placements.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in the beverage, food & beverage, or related FMCG industries.

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
