Placements24 is seeking a Beverage Industry Recruitment Specialist to join our hybrid Stellenbosch team. Source and place talent across vineyards, wineries and beverage production facilities, leveraging industry knowledge to build strong client and candidate relationships.

The role focuses on oenology, viticulture, production and sales, with a commission-based pay structure and flexible remote work. Ideal candidates have recruitment experience and a passion for the wine and beverage sector.

Competenze

• Proven recruitment experience with a strong preference for wine/beverage industry exposure.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates for specialized roles within beverage sector.
• Excellent understanding of production, sales and operational aspects of the beverage industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model balancing office and remote duties.

Mansioni

• Develop and nurture client relationships within the beverage and wine industry in Stellenbosch and beyond.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for roles across vineyards, wineries and related businesses.
• Articulate skill sets required for oenology, viticulture, production and management roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure a high-quality candidate and client experience.
• Contribute to market intelligence reports on talent trends within the beverage sector.
