Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote E-commerce Manager to drive online sales, optimize customer journeys, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for a beauty-focused audience. You will oversee website performance, CRO initiatives, and digital marketing efforts from a fully remote location.

The candidate should have strong analytics skills, hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), and a track record of growing online revenue in the beauty/

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ecommerce, marketing, business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in e-commerce management, especially in beauty/skincare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations for optimal performance and conversion.
• Develop strategies to drive traffic, boost conversions and average order value.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, affiliate).
• Analyze website data and customer behavior using Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage product catalog including content, pricing, promotions and inventory.
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies such as loyalty programs and personalized marketing.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, customer service and logistics for a cohesive online experience.
• Stay informed about e-commerce trends and beauty industry practices.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
