Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone to book discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You will use Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Sales Navigator to maintain a clean pipeline and hit volume targets while keeping outreach thoughtful and high quality. The role is full-time and remote within South Africa.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in an SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
