Blacksmith Agency is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to open doors across South Africa. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outreach to create first meetings with potential clients.

You will manage outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone, book discovery calls for Account Executives, and keep Salesforce and SalesLoft up to date in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
