In this remote, full-time role, you’ll craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, manage records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, and collaborate with Account Executives to accelerate the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Proficient in Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Gritty, curious, and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and provide feedback to the sales team.
