You will use tools like LinkedIn and outbound platforms to craft personalized sequences, maintain Salesforce records, and collaborate with Account Executives to test messaging and improve targeting.

Qualifikationen

• Two years in SDR or BDR role.
• Strong written communication and personalization.
• Familiar with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
