Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel activity across South Africa. You will research, target, and book meetings with qualified decision makers while representing Blacksmith with thoughtful outreach and high-quality communication.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to build pipelines, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with Account Executives to convert opportunities into pipeline and revenue.

Formación

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or B2B sales role.
• Experience in an agency or SaaS is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and refine targeting with the sales team.
